1. Register in the left margin of this webpage so we can keep you posted.
2. Pay $31 using the "MS Plate Payment" button in the right margin of this webpage. (This is a flat rate state fee and revenue-neutral to you regardless of where you are in your renewal cycle; it does not affect your normal registration fees, so act today!)
3. Print out, complete and mail back the state's PDF license plate application form to Support Our Troops^® (we have to submit the initial 200 to the tax commission in one group).

The plate was created by the Legislature and signed into law by the Governor.   The last step in the process is for us to collect 200 initial paid applications and turn them in to the Tax Commission.  They will then manufacture the plates and place them in all tag offices for general sales statewide.  The Tax Commission will send these initial 200 plates directly to those who sign up for them.
