Chloe Ochs, public affairs specialist, 123rd Airlift Wing, Kentucky National Guard, documents a formation flight of NATO Allied aircraft from the open ramp of a C-130J Super Hercules aircraft over Finland during exercise Ramstein Flag, June 16, 2026.
