CAMP PENDLETON, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES, (January 28, 2026): U.S. Marines with the Special Reaction Team and special agents with the United States Secret Service Counter Assault Tactical Team participate in an integrated joint training exercise at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif. The exercise features police officers with the San Diego County Sheriff's Department Special Weapons and Tactics team, the Escondido Police Department SWAT, and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service Regional Enforcement Action Capabilities Team. The training focuses on enhancing interagency coordination by familiarizing participants with each team’s standard operating procedures and includes practical application drills simulating real-world scenarios to increase overall proficiency among participating agencies.
