Ryan Buyeske (center), an emergency room nurse, and Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Rian Meeks (left), a respiratory therapist, all assigned to Expeditionary Resuscitative Surgical System (ERSS) 21, Navy Reserve, package a simulated casualty for transport during an ERSS training at Camp Pendleton, California.
